Mirabelle has its origin in the Greek word “myrobalanos” and means “fragrant nut”. These words perfectly describe this delicate yellow plum! It is no bigger than a walnut and smells wonderfully aromatic. This nutty fruit aroma can be clearly identified in our brandy. On top of all that we leave it 100% unfiltered, to give you a pure experience of the taste.
