Juniper, orange peel and rose hips are the predominate flavors in this world-class, Vienna-made small-batch gin. The botanicals are placed in stoneware percolators and then the pure alcohol flows through this mixture at a rate of 50 Liters per week. This method produces a fruitier, smoother flavor and is well worth the wait. The result is our unmistakable Donauweibchen gin.
